Mr. Sudarshan Ingle
Founder & Visionary
Mr. Ingle is the driving force and primary architect behind the Drona Cricket Excellence Centre. Recognizing a critical gap in Pune’s sporting infrastructure, he envisioned a facility that would break away from traditional limitations and mirror the elite, high-tech standards of international sports academies.
Mr. Arjun Ingle
Co-Founder & Director of Operations
As the operational backbone of the academy, Arjun Sir ensures that the grand vision of Drona translates flawlessly into daily execution. He orchestrates the complex logistics of running a high-performance centre, aligning the facility’s resources with the strategic goals of the leadership team.
Mrs. Prachi Ingle
Co-Founder & Head of Athlete Welfare
Championing the holistic and inclusive environment of the academy, Ingle Ma’am is dedicated to the overall well-being of every player who steps onto our turf. She plays a pivotal role in shaping our Girls’ Elite Cricket program, ensuring a safe, empowering, and highly professional atmosphere.

As the critical force ensuring the Drona Cricket Excellence Centre operates flawlessly on both a structural and civic level, Mr. Sawant oversees the ongoing development of our world-class facility. He meticulously monitors maintenance of our arena, ensuring all structural upgrades continuously meet rigorous high-performance standards.

As the patriarch of Pune’s grassroots cricket and the founder of the Jagdale Sports Foundation, Mr. Jagdale is the soul of our coaching program. With a staggering two-decade legacy of nurturing state and national-level talent, he instills a culture of absolute discipline, profound match awareness, and technical purity.
Mr. Sourabh Jagdale
Principal Partner & Director of Cricket Operations
Serving as the vital bridge between the historic Jagdale Sports Foundation legacy and Drona’s futuristic infrastructure, Mr. Sourabh Jagdale brings fifteen years of invaluable, national-level playing experience to the board. He is instrumental in designing coaching philosophy at Drona.

Driving the commercial vision and overarching brand footprint of the academy, Dnyaneshwar leverages deep expertise in high-stakes sports marketing and digital strategy. He is responsible for forging strategic corporate partnerships, expanding the academy’s outreach.

Facility & Arena Manager
Sanket Sir is the custodian of our high-performance indoor arena. He meticulously oversees the daily maintenance of our premium artificial turf, manages the integration of advanced bowling machines, and ensures that the video analysis technology is primed for every session.
Mr. Atharva
Lead Strength & Conditioning Coach
Commanding the physical literacy pillar of our curriculum, Atharva Sir designs the specialized, cricket-specific fitness regimens that transform talented players into robust athletes. he ensures that our players possess the explosive power, core stability, and enduring stamina required to perform at the elite level without breaking down.
